Are you still open during current COVID 19 restrictions?

Yes both our Little Collins St and Chapel St store are now open! Our online store is open as usual and we are processing orders with no delay! For store locations and more information please check our Stores page.

Do you offer Click and Collect?

Yes we do offer Click and Collect from our Little Collins St store. Simply select the 'Pick Up' shipping option at checkout and await for notification that your order is ready before coming into store. We can certainly accomodate collection from our Chapel St store if preferred. 
We endeavour to have your order ready for collection same day however in some circumstances where we have to secure stock from multiple locations which may take up to 24 - 48 hours.     

Are you experiencing delays with delivery?

Due to COVID 19 restrictions Australia Post is experiencing extremely high volumes of parcels and are advising longer than normal delivery times on both Standard and Express parcels. 

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship to Australia and New Zealand through our website however where possible we are happy to accommodate orders outside of these countries. Payment method in these cases is via PayPal invoice.

All prices are in AUD and a flat $30 shipping charge applies to all international orders.

Any additional import duty fees are the responsibility of the customer.

How do determine what size to purchase?

Depending on the brand, size and fit can vary. If you are unfamiliar to the brand please check and Size & Fit tab and Size Guide on the particular product page.

How do I purchase a Gift Voucher?

Currently you’re unable to purchase gift vouchers directly through our website, However we can arrange details for a EFT payment to our business account and once it clears I will promptly process the voucher and email it to you.

Can I redeem Gift Vouchers online?

Gift vouchers are not integrated into our website and can only be physically be redeemed in-store. However if your are unable to do this we can certainly assist you in redeeming your voucher remotely. This may take a little longer to ascertain the correct information.
