Jay Dillon are dedicated to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchases. On the rare occasion your purchase may not meet your reasonable expectation. In these instances, we offer an exchange or credit note within 2 weeks of purchase, excluding sale items.
- Original receipt must be provided as proof of purchase.
- Item/s must be in original condition, unworn with all labels still attached.
- Item/s are to be sent back at your cost.
- There are no refunds for ‘change of mind’ or on sale items.
- Refunds will only be issued in accordance with current legislation.

- It is imperative that you contact us at email@example.com prior to sending outlining the reason for the return. This will allow us to assess your request and determine the appropriate outcome. In the case of exchange it speeds up the process to secure the needed size.
When returning your purchase please make sure you enclose the original receipt and a note outlining your request.
